Named Funds exist because Brothers like yourself have chosen to invest so much of their time and efforts into Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C., Incorporated. Designating funds to supporting areas of their choosing, these Brothers gave, expecting nothing thereof.

An endowment is an investment in the future as well an invested gift that generates income to be used, in perpetuity, to support Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C., Incorporated. Because endowments generate funds indefinitely, they are often referred to as “the gift that keeps on giving.” When you establish an endowment, your gift is invested with two goals in mind: (1) to allow the principal to exceed the rate of inflation and (2) to provide additional income for the fraternity purpose you designate. An endowment agreement that specifies the name and purposes of the endowment is completed at the time of its establishment

Technology Fund to use where needed

Technology Fund to purchase the Online Professional Development Institute (OPDI) module that allows members to earn continuing education units towards a certificate. Members can take a variety of courses in different tracks, focused on different knowledge domains and based on their individual career goals. Courses are presented online using the Sakai Learning Management System (LMS), a platform that is one of the most respected LMS’s available.
